Kat Le is an accomplished tax accountant with over two decades of extensive experience in the accounting field. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from California State University, Fullerton. Kat’s commitment to excellence and her strong academic background have paved the way for a successful career in tax accounting.

 Kat specializes in tax preparation & review of corporate and partnership returns, as well as high net worth individuals.

Kat was also the Owner and Controller of Ocean Restaurant & Lounge LLC and Cosmo Nail Bar in Newport Beach, CA, from 2010 to 2023. In this role, she managed bookkeeping, payroll & financial records, handled inventory and budgeting, and ensured compliance with sales and payroll tax filings. Kat’s entrepreneurial experience further solidifies her understanding of the unique financial challenges faced by business owners.

 Kat’s experience also includes significant roles as a Senior Tax Accountant at respected firms such as Corbin & Company, Link, Murrel & Chang LLC and Glenn Gelman & Associates where she reported directly to partners regarding tax-related issues and client inquiries, handled IRS and state tax audits, and prepared complex multi-state tax returns. Her extensive research and analytical skills have been vital in navigating complex tax scenarios.

 When not assisting clients with their tax needs, Kat enjoys playing golf and pickleball, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle.
